This intensive weekend is designed to equip, train, and encourage current and emerging leaders as we prepare for a year of meaningful ministry. Across the weekend, youll engage in essential leadership development sessions, practical ministry preparation, and team-building momentsall with space for rest and connection. While there is some free time, please come ready for a focused and purposeful training experience. After camp, those interested in serving as volunteer leaders in our youth or childrens ministries will receive application forms. Theres absolutely no expectation to sign up simply because you attend.
